Fulfilled & Flourishing

Hands-on spiritual and practical support for women walking through new motherhood and postpartum.

Imagine for a moment that instead of going through postpartum wrestling with baby blues, anxiety, and overwhelm—trying to manage it all with Google at midnight—you had a sister who...

Shows up reliably once a week with a hot cup of cacao and the space to unburden your heart of everything you're feeling.

Then, she offers effective, practical tips for the struggles you're facing with getting baby to sleep, breastfed, and settling down during the day.

As you try her suggestions and find something that works, she draws you a warm herbal bath to relax in.

Then, while you're enjoying your time in the warm water, she straightens up your room and takes out the trash.

When you're ready to get out of your bath, she brings you a towel and the cozy baby who's ready to nurse now that he or she is awake, and helps you climb back into your freshly-changed bed.

On the way to your bed, you notice your dishes are all done and that there's a frozen meal heating up on the stove.

Once you're tucked in, she brings you a bowl of something warm and offers to rub your feet as you eat.

Once you're done eating, she takes your bowl and prays over you before saying something encouraging to your husband and leaving for the day.

You have peace in your heart knowing that you are seen, held, and supported through this vulnerable season.

And you know that if you need support in the middle of the night, she is only a text away.

Doesn't that sound like your postpartum dream?

As of late, your whole mind is occupied by thoughts of your upcoming birth. You've spent so much of your waking moments thinking about, preparing for, anticipating this major life event.

You already have a great care team in place and feel confident about your birth plan.

But what about postpartum?

New motherhood can be beautiful, and it also can be daunting — especially when you are becoming a mom for a first time.

And unless you have a solid support system for postpartum, new moms can be vulnerable to feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and alone.

It is my heart's delight to support other mamas who are navigating this beautiful, vulnerable, tender, and transformative time with Postpartum Mentorship.

What is Postpartum Mentorship?

  • This is NOT midwifery postpartum care or medical support.

  • This is NOT postpartum childcare or what you'd typically find in a postpartum doula offering.

Those things are all beautiful, supportive, and necessary for their respective purposes. But this is different.

Postpartum Mentorship is a deeply intimate space designed to help you transform into a mom.

What's included?

Postpartum Mentorship is a high-touch relational space where you can unburden your heart with someone who really gets it and genuinely wants to see you walk into a thriving motherhood.

Why Work With Me?

Mama, I've been there. Three times actually!

I know what it's like to walk through my first pregnancy totally unprepared for the journey that lay ahead after the birth.

At the time, I was only a few years saved by Jesus Christ out of the dark world of the occult and new age, so I really didn't have much community, and my own mom was estranged from my life.

My midwife was on-call for me the first two weeks postpartum but she lived far away. I was afraid to bother her unnecessarily when I knew she already lived her life on-call. I often struggled to know when to call or text her, or when to just figure things out on my own.

I wish I'd had someone to walk alongside me through that season as an older sister, a mentor, and a friend.

After the birth of my second baby, I created Preparing for Postpartum, my self-paced course for expecting moms. It included everything I did to get myself, my home, and my family ready for our second-born, and the difference in my experience was like night and day.

I wanted to shout this information from the rooftops. I truly believe every new mom needs to educate themselves about the postpartum season.

Now that I have three young boys, I have even more of a fire in my heart to show up in my in-person community to provide what I wished I had:

A sister to walk intimately alongside the transformation and journey of motherhood.

"How joyful are those who fear the LORD -
all who follow His ways!
You will enjoy the fruit of your labor.
How joyful and prosperous you will be.
Your wife will be like a fruitful grapevine,
flourishing within your home.
Your children will be like vigorous young olive trees,
as they sit around your table.
That is the Lord's blessing for those who fear Him."

- Psalm 128:3-4
