You can have peace in postpartum.

You’re beyond excited to meet your first baby!

but you’re also wondering…

  • Are you going to hate the “newborn trenches” like so many other moms?

  • Will you “bounce back” quickly, or is it going to take forever to transition into your new life as a mom?

  • Are you doomed to experience “baby blues”, anxiety, and postpartum depression or rage?

  • What are the sleepless nights going to do to you as you wake every few hours to help feed your newborn?

  • How will you be able to handle all your baby’s needs and endless crying?

  • Will you even be a good mom or will you turn out like the women you’ve seen in court cases that have gone a little crazy?

Thinking about postpartum, you start to feel a little scared.

All you’ve ever seen or heard about this period in time is how hard it is…

Like it’s a miserable season of life that you just have to endure.

So how could you possibly expect to experience joy and peace?

If that sounds like you, I have to tell you something:

It’s actually possible to enjoy the heck out of those first six weeks after birth.

God has a design of joy in new motherhood, promised to you inside His written word.

It says: “A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.” (John‬ ‭16‬:‭21‬)

But here’s the thing…

Thanks (but no thanks) to satan, this joy doesn’t come naturally.

But you can still have it. The Holy Spirit has made it available to you, and you can receive it with a little practical preparation and prayer.

That’s why I created this course: to help you find the peace in postpartum that’s promised you by your Creator.

What you DON’T need: more checklists!

Look, this course is not another lengthy list of things for you to take care of before your baby arrives (I promise!)

I know that is the absolute last thing that you need. Ask me how I know lol.

This course is also not a bunch of head knowledge that will excite you for a moment… but leave you with no real way to engage or transform.

Preparing for Postpartum is a step-by-step playbook designed to facilitate the process of your transformation into a mom.

Yes, there are practical things I’ll suggest throughout this course. But those things have the goal of helping you transform.

We’ll get to a few examples of them in a moment.

But if I’m being real here, the actual work of the course starts in the heart. Engaging this work sets the stage for everything else you’ll do—and be—as a mom.

You don’t need another checklist of things to do.

You need the time, space, and permission to become somebody new.

And that, my friend, is the whole point of postpartum. When you surrender to that process rather than fight it, you will have that peace.

It is my prayer that this course will walk you through that transformation.

“I loved [the course] so much. My favorite part of every single module was the paryers. I don't know why. The information itself was awesome and so helpful and so encouraging and yet the way [Kallan] bathes it all in prayer was such a blessing.

You won’t regret doing this course. It’s amazing, made with such intention and excellence and love 💕 I was sooooo blessed through it."

Highly recommend [Preparing for Postpartum] especially for first time mamas. To have all this information packaged so well together, with so much clarity and grace is priceless. It helped me to stay more focused on the blessing of postpartum and not give in to fear, condemnation and overwhelm as much. I could really feel the Holy Spirit guidance throughout this course."

“Postpartum is such a vulnerable, extraordinary experience and this course was excellent in guiding me through it. Though it is designed to start before giving birth, I started it about a week after giving birth to my son. The course material answered many of my questions and gave great wisdom and insight into what I was experiencing.

Kallan’s ability to encapsulate the multidimensional aspects of postpartum is impressive. I would highly recommend this course to every new mom — and I’d suggest going through it before giving birth. Prioritizing postpartum preparation in the third trimester is something I wish I would have done!
