Peacefully Prepared
Spiritual and practical support for women walking through new motherhood and postpartum.

As of late, your whole mind is occupied by thoughts of your upcoming birth. You've spent so much of your waking moments thinking about, preparing for, anticipating this major life event.
You already have a great care team in place and feel confident about your birth plan.
But what about postpartum?
New motherhood can be beautiful, and it also can be daunting — especially when you are becoming a mom for a first time.
And unless you have a solid support system for postpartum, new moms can be vulnerable to feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and alone.
It is my heart's delight to support other mamas who are navigating this beautiful, vulnerable, tender, and transformative time with Postpartum Preparation Support.

What is Postpartum Preparation Support?
This is NOT midwifery postpartum care or medical support.
This is NOT a postpartum doula offering.
Those things are all beautiful, supportive, and necessary for their respective purposes. But this is different.
Postpartum Preparation Support is a combination of hands-on practical in-home set-up and deeply relational async support that is designed to help you transform into a mom.
What's included?
This is a high-touch mentorship space where you can unburden your heart with someone who really gets it and genuinely wants to see you walk into a thriving motherhood.
You’ll get:
2 months of total support, including
1x in-person postpartum prep session (up to 2hrs), held in your own home, scheduled around 38 weeks gestation. You’ll get help with things like deep cleaning, meal prep, and nursery set-up for your new little one.
Lifetime access to my self-paced course for expecting moms, Preparing for Postpartum.
Lifetime access to my Spiritual Warfare in Motherhood class replay.
Ongoing async support via Telegram from 38weeks gestation through 6 weeks postpartum. In this space you can get quick answers to your questions, counsel on various situations you might face, and (most importantly!) prayer.

Why Work With Me?

Mama, I've been there. Three times actually!
I know what it's like to walk through my first pregnancy totally unprepared for the journey that lay ahead after the birth.
At the time, I was only a few years saved by Jesus Christ out of the dark world of the occult and new age, so I really didn't have much community, and my own mom was estranged from my life.
My midwife was on-call for me the first two weeks postpartum but she lived far away. I was afraid to bother her unnecessarily when I knew she already lived her life on-call. I often struggled to know when to call or text her, or when to just figure things out on my own.
I wish I'd had someone to walk alongside me through that season as an older sister, a mentor, and a friend.
After the birth of my second baby, I created Preparing for Postpartum, my self-paced course for expecting moms. It included everything I did to get myself, my home, and my family ready for our second-born, and the difference in my experience was like night and day.
I wanted to shout this information from the rooftops. I truly believe every new mom needs to educate themselves about the postpartum season.
Now that I have three young boys, I have even more of a fire in my heart to show up in my in-person community to provide what I wished I had:
A sister to walk intimately alongside the transformation and journey of motherhood.
